I cannot hear a story or game
Check the device volume and silent mode, then open the app's Settings. Enable Narrator voice, Music or Sound effects as needed, and check their volume sliders. Tap Play story to start or resume a story. Audio stops when you leave the story or game.
How do I choose a story picture?
Swipe through Stories and tap Story, Color or Puzzles on a chapter card. In Coloring, select a chapter to see its available pictures. The puzzle library offers chapter artwork for Jigsaw, Sliding Tiles and Spot the Difference.
How does Number Quest work?
Choose Easy, Medium or Challenge, then swipe through Bible-themed challenges. Completed challenges show a Done badge and full-color artwork. Progress is saved on that device.
Saved work and resetting
Coloring and progress are saved locally. Use the same device to continue. In Settings, Start over requires two taps to erase saved pictures and progress; sound settings are retained. Removing the app can erase saved work. There is no CorzoSoft account or cloud progress sync.
Free activities and Bible World Plus
The free starter pack includes the Creation and Abraham stories, two coloring pictures and their picture puzzles, Noah's Animal Match, Find the Lost Sheep and an easy Creation counting challenge. A monthly Bible World Plus subscription unlocks the full collection. Locks open a grown-ups gate before showing subscription details. The store shows the localized price before payment.
Restore, cancel or request a refund
Open Settings, pass the grown-ups gate and choose Subscription & restore purchases, then Restore purchases. Use the Apple or Google account that originally subscribed. Apple purchases restore on supported Apple devices; Google Play purchases restore on supported Android devices. Purchases do not transfer between Apple and Google because Bible World has no cross-platform account.
To manage or cancel, use Manage subscription in the grown-ups subscription screen, Apple subscriptions, or Google Play subscriptions. Cancellation stops future renewal; access continues through the paid period. Deleting the app or resetting progress does not cancel billing. Request refunds through Apple or Google Play, subject to the store's policies and applicable law.
Pending payments or purchase approvals unlock access only after confirmation. If the store charged you but content remains locked, check your connection and restore purchases before buying again. Your drawings and progress remain saved even when a subscription ends. For purchase-data questions or deletion requests, contact the support address above with an order reference, never a child's details or a payment-card number.
Offline play
The installed app includes artwork and recordings for offline play. Downloads, updates, purchases, restores, subscription checks and external links require an internet connection. Previously verified subscription access may be available temporarily offline; reconnect if access needs to be refreshed.
The app stops responding
Close and reopen it, check that your device has free storage, and install available app updates. Contact us before deleting the app if you want to keep saved pictures and progress.
